Please download and complete the Vendor Application Form (See attachment) and the Vendor Waiver Form (See attachment) and send it along with your fees at akwaba.exchange@yahoo.ca

Vendors Fees:
- Articles sale- books- clothes- shoes- Jewelry, etc… Your fees: $250
- Food Truck: $350
- Food sale: $200
- Beverage sale: $150
- Desserts(Salades- fruits, others): $100
- Non-Profit Organization: $100
NB: Only Food Vendors: You must also fill out the Halton Health Services vendor’s form.
